The Bardolino restaurants are named after the northern Italian area where Marco’s mother, Maria-Rosa, was born. Growing-up he would spend holidays with his Italian family, who ran a delicatessen in Bardolino. It is his Italian family’s culinary heritage, which now inspires the Bardolino restaurants. Providing ‘casual, relaxed dining,’ it serves an all-day express menu of authentic Italian food, from fresh pasta dishes and stone-baked pizzas to salads and sharing platters.
