Can my voucher be extended?

Unfortunately, your gift voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances. Once the voucher has expired it will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.  Please view our Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.

Can my voucher be refunded?

Vouchers cancelled within fourteen days of purchase will be fully refunded, outside fourteen days of purchase vouchers are strictly non-refundable.

Are you able to provide me with a VAT receipt?

You can request a VAT receipt after you have dined at a Marco Pierre White restaurant. Please make the request with the restaurant directly whilst you are dining.

How do I make a booking?

Can my gift voucher be posted to me?

YES! You can opt for a physical gift voucher to be posted to yourself OR your recipient at point of purchase. We also have an Email option; if you choose this option, an automatic email with a gift voucher link will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient just like the physical postal vouchers that are now also available.

I'm attempting to purchase a gift voucher but have received a failed transaction message at the end of the transaction.  What should I do next?

There could be several reasons why this may be happening. Despite there being sufficient funds in an account, banks occasionally decline payments due to it being unusual buying behaviour. This can be easily rectified by contacting the bank and advising them that you are trying to make an online purchase.

I've received my gift voucher but there is a spelling mistake / error on the personal message. Can I get it amended and re-issued?

Yes, please complete the online form and advise of the correct message. We will then update this for you pending receiving the request via email form. Please however allow for a little time for this to be actioned; our teams are incredibly busy and will action this for you asap.

I've lost my gift voucher, how do I get another copy?

Please fill in the online form and we will resend you an E-Voucher. If you do not have the voucher reference number, please let us know the rough date of purchase, the surname that was used to make the order and the last four digits of the card used.
