Can my voucher be extended?
Unfortunately, your gift voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances. Once the voucher has expired it will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed. Please view our Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.
Can my voucher be refunded?
Vouchers cancelled within fourteen days of purchase will be fully refunded, outside fourteen days of purchase vouchers are non-refundable.
Are you able to provide me with a VAT receipt?
You can request a VAT receipt after you have dined at a Marco Pierre White restaurant. Please make the request with the restaurant directly.
How do I make a booking?

Can my gift voucher be posted to me?
At the moment, Marco Pierre White Restaurants are only offering an Email option. They do not have postal vouchers: An automatic email with a gift voucher link will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.
I'm attempting to purchase a gift voucher but have received a failed transaction message at the end of the transaction. What should I do next?
There could be several reasons why this may be happening. Despite there being sufficient funds in an account, banks occasionally decline payments due to it being unusual buying behaviour. This can be easily rectified by contacting the bank and advising them that you are trying to make an online purchase.
I've received my gift voucher but there is a spelling mistake / error on the personal message. Can I get it amended and re-issued?
Yes, please complete the online form and advise of the correct message. We will then update this for you.
I've lost my gift voucher, how do I get another copy?
Please fill in the online form and we will resend your E-Voucher. If you do not have the voucher reference number, please let us know the rough date of purchase, the surname that was used to make the order and the last four digits of the card used.
Where to find my voucher Terms & Conditions?
The voucher terms and expiry date can be located on your gift vouchers - please see the below images of exactly where this information is located. All terms and conditions can also be found here.
FIND YOUR VOUCHER REFERENCE
You can find your Voucher Reference on your electronic Voucher, about half way down the page on the left, and it should look something like this:
You can find the link to your Voucher in the confirmation email you received, and this will take you through to the page where you can see the voucher reference as above.
If you can't find the email, and have checked your spam folders, please put "Unknown" in the Voucher Reference option, and make sure you put as much details in the Comments section with the rough date of purchase, the surname that was used to make the order and the last four digits of the card used.
