Marco Pierre White Wheeler’s Oyster Bar & Grill Room is not just for fish lovers, there is plenty of meat on the menu too. Marco has created a menu that gives a nod to the history but has evolved it to what today’s diner wants.

Flavours that represent the history of wheeler's and showcase the classics such as Wheeler's Fish Pie, in addition to new favourites like Lobster Thermidor and Maxim's Quail's eggs Maintenon.

All our beef is from the Duke of Buccleuch farmers' group and is carefully selected from the finest Scottish cattle.
To ensure the highest quality they are reared on a natural grass diet and the beef is matured on the bone to give a full, distinct and succulent flavour.
Our steaks are 35 day aged from Royal Warrant appointed butcher, Campbell Brothers, and served with triple cooked chips and roasted vine tomatoes.
