Marco Pierre White’s UK-based restaurants have launched a new Spring / Summer menu that’s perfect for the longer, lighter and slightly warmer days ahead.
The arrival of the menu introduces a new chapter of flavour that features a range of fresh and vibrant dishes. Among the highlights are creations incorporating Hawkstone IPA, the beer that’s risen to prominence on Jeremy Clarkson’s hit TV show, ‘Clarkson’s Farm’.
Guests looking to go out and enjoy a meal that’s inspired by the spring and summer can now enjoy dishes that are in keeping with the time of year. Using ingredients that are fresh, simpleand classically prepared the new range of seasonal specials sit seamlessly alongside the main à la carte.
The menu still retains the ever-popular range of steak dishes including a range of inspired sharing steaks such as the Porterhouse T-Bone, Chateaubriand and Tomahawk.
In addition, a two-course, set menu for £20.95 provides exceptional value for money dining. Called the ‘1961’ in homage to Pierre White’s birth year, it’s perfect for business lunches, early evening dining or for those possibly heading to the theatre or cinema.
Darren Coslett-Blaise, brand director said: “It’s always exciting to bring out a new menu. It features a mouth-watering mix of classic dishes perfect for the longer, lighter days and has all the hallmarks of one of Britain’s greatest chefs.
“People love to eat out as it allows them to escape from their daily routines. The new spring / summer menu is focused around our belief that good quality food should be an experience that is shared and enjoyed with friends and family and where escapism is the final ingredient.
“What guests sometimes fail to realise as well is that all our menus come direct from Marco personally, who devises the dishes with our food team. He then cooks each dish to check that it tastes great before signing it off ready for the menu.
“It’s almost as if you’ve had your meal cooked by the great man personally.
“The 1961 set- menu is also exceptional value for money and is great for those looking for exceptional value for money dining.
“Now that we’re also serving Hawkstone Lager and IPA, it made perfect sense that we include it in some of the dishes. I’m sure both Jeremy Clarkson and Marco would approve as will many of our guests.
“We’re now looking forward to welcoming guests new and old and to show them what dining out Marco Pierre White style is all about.”
