• New Menu Bursting with Flavours

Brand-new seasonal menus that are perfect for time of year have been unveiled at Marco Pierre White Restaurants.

Delivering perfectly balanced flavour combinations that are reflective of the season, those looking to go out and enjoy a meal that’s inspired by the time of year, can now head to any one of the famed chef’s Steakhouse, New York Italian or Chophouse restaurants.

Depending on which restaurant included among the eye-catching starters is a delicious Box Tree Chicken Liver Parfait, Mushroom & Rosemary Arancini and Crispy Black Truffle & Ricotta Gnocchi. There are also Seared Scallops, Baked Camembert and Cream of Cauliflower Velouté.

The range of main courses is equally eclectic and again harnesses Marco’s love for classic dishes cooked to perfection.

In the Steakhouse restaurants, sitting alongside the popular range of signature, classic and larger, sharing steaks, diversity is a theme throughout the menu, with stand-out plates including Pierre Koffmann’s Daube of Boeuf, Grilled Salmon Béarnaise, The English House Chicken & Leek Pie and Mr Lamb’s Shepherd’s Pie.

Another new addition is the Mr White’s Mixed Grill which includes butcher’s steak, pork steak, chicken, black pudding, free range egg and Koffmann chips and can be enjoyed by either one or two diners sharing.

Meanwhile in the New York Italian venues along with the grilled meats and sourdough pizzas, diversity is a theme throughout the menu with a delicious Pollo Milanese Tagliolini and Pomodoro Strozzapreti and tantilising Sticky Pork Ribs.

There is also a fabulous Bistecca Alla Fiorentina T-Bone and Grilled Salmon Béarnaise.

Darren Coslett-Blaize, brand director said: “The new menus reflect everything that’s wonderful and exciting about Marco’s food philosophy, with special dishes to suit every palate and budget. Top quality steaks sit alongside a varied range of plates inspired by the best of British and French cooking and hustle and bustle of New York.

“The menus have been designed to complement the vibrant atmosphere in the restaurants, meaning our guests can feel inspired by the choice of food on offer and enjoy their dining experience at the same time.

“We also have in place an amazing set-menu offer which provides guests the opportunity to enjoy two courses for just £20.95. Called the 1961, it pays homage to Marco’s birth year and includes dishes taken from the main à la carte and is incredible value for money.”
