Located at the brand new four star DoubleTree by Hilton in Hull city centre, due to open in late 2017, the 140 cover restaurant is set to become a must-visit for local food lovers and hotel guests alike. Diners can expect signature MPW steaks, timeless English and French classics, and a comprehensive selection of premium cocktails, all delivered with Marco's unique flair.
The Steakhouse Bar & Grill menu is exclusively curated by Marco himself. To suit all tastes, it typically includes a mix of childhood favourites and modern day delicacies – ranging from Classic Prawn Cocktail and Shepherd's Pie, to Freshly Dressed Crab and a selection of 35-day aged native breed steaks. Marco's ethos is all about classic dishes, simply cooked using the best locally sourced ingredients.
Marco, once the youngest chef to hold three Michelin stars, said: "As a proud Yorkshireman I'm delighted to be bringing my Steakhouse to Hull, right in the heart of this fantastic City of Culture.
"My restaurants are not stuffy and pretentious, instead they are about enjoying your evening, with great food and drink in relaxed surroundings and quite simply having a good time.
"The menu is all about classic, recognisable dishes, cooked simply using the finest ingredients to deliver delicious food.

The DoubleTree by Hilton, Hull will be the first four star hotel to open in the city. It will offer 165 rooms with suites, a conference centre to host up to 1,000 guests, fitness centre and a roof-top bar.
Nick Taplin, CEO of Black & White Hospitality, said: "Following in the footsteps of our Marco's New York Italian restaurants in Sheffield and Leeds, this will be our first Steakhouse to open in Yorkshire, and the fifth MPW restaurant within a DoubleTree hotel. There is a great synergy between our brands and we're looking forward to bringing something completely different to Hull's food scene.
This is the second restaurant with Brayford Hotels after opening a Steakhouse at DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln last summer. We are all looking forward to the planned success of this second venture together."
