Marco Pierre White Restaurants partners with Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone in landmark British collaboration.
Marco Pierre White Restaurants has announced an incredibly exciting new partnership with Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone beer, bringing together two of the UK’s most recognisable and outspoken champions of British produce.
From April, the collaboration will see Hawkstone Lager and Hawkstone IPA served across the UK estate of Marco Pierre White Restaurants, further strengthening both brands’ commitment to celebrating the very best of British food and drink.
The gastronomic titan Marco Pierre White and broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson share a long-standing love of the countryside and a passion for quality ingredients with Hawkstone beingbrewed using the finest British-grown barley.
Rising to prominence on the hit TV series Clarkson's Farm, where viewers followed Clarkson’s journey into the realities of modern farming, under the new agreement, guests dining at Marco Pierre White’s restaurants across the UK will now be able to enjoy both the bottled Hawkstone Lager and Hawkstone IPA.
In addition, a number of dishes on the restaurant’s menus will also incorporate Hawkstone, including beer-battered onion rings and fish and chips.
The partnership represents an extraordinary coming together of two of the UK’s most recognisable media personalities. Marco Pierre White, one of Britain’s most influential chefs, and Jeremy Clarkson, broadcaster and farmer, share a deep appreciation for the countryside and the provenance of ingredients while both have consistently highlighted the pressures facing the countryside and the wider hospitality sector.
Darren Coslett-Blaize from Marco Pierre White Restaurants said: “This partnership is about celebrating British excellence — from the fields where the barley is grown to the plates in our restaurants. Hawkstone is a fantastic product with real provenance, and we’re delighted to be serving it across our estate.”
Andy Cross, Sales Director at Hawkstone added: “Hawkstone was created to champion the very best of British farming, so seeing it served in Marco Pierre White Restaurants is a brilliant moment for the brand. Marco has always stood for quality and provenance, which is exactly what Hawkstone is about.”
The collaboration comes at a time when the hospitality industry continues to face significant economic challenges. Both White and Clarkson have been vocal about the pressures placed on British businesses and remain strong advocates for policies that better support the sector.
For guests, the result is simple: the opportunity to enjoy dishes created by one of the UK’s greatest ever chefs, perfectly paired with beer crafted from the best of British ingredients.
