Keeping Our Customers Safe

At Marco Pierre White Restaurants, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make sure that when you visit any one of our restaurants, you can, in the knowledge that everything possible has been done to make your experience as safe as possible.

Keeping our staff and you, our customers, safe is our number one priority and is why the teams have undergone extra training so they can make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

When visiting any of our restaurants, you’ll notice some changes, but these have been put in place to make you all feel comfortable.

And although service might feel and look a little different, you can rest assured, the service and quality of food will be just as good as before and is why we’ve put in place a ten-point plan which is outlined below:

  • Firstly, we’ve got fewer staff in both the kitchen as well as in the restaurants which means we comply with social distancing rules
  • There is also a reduced menu which means we need less staff in the kitchen.
  • We’ve introduced single-use menus in all restaurants and you can also view digital menus via your phone
  • All members of staff will have their temperature checked upon arrival
  • Signage is highly visible to help indicate social distancing.
  • To ensure that one metre plus social distancing is maintained there is a reduced level of furniture
  • We’ve reduced overall dining capacity.
  • Hand sanitiser stations are also available throughout the restaurants
  • Contactless payment has also been introduced to avoid handling cash.
  • Finally, we have introduced increased training on cleaning before, during and after service so that all restaurants are as clean as possible.

Of course, we can’t wait to see many of you again but we do ask that you remain supportive and patient with our staff as they too adjust to the new restaurant experience.
